Location and Hours

The Northport Municipal Court is located in the Public Safety Building at 3721 26th Avenue Northport, Alabama 35473.  Our office hours are Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.  Court is held every Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. and Friday at 8:00 a.m.

Mandatory Court Appearance

It is mandatory that you appear in court if you have the following violations:

• Insurance Tickets with an Accident
• 2 or More Moving Traffic Violations

Community Service Sign-Up Days and Times

You may sign-up for Community Service between 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.  17 and Under will need to be accompanied by a parent.
