If your body temperature registers above 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit, you will be denied entry into the building. A court staff member will issue you a notice to contact the court by phone to reschedule your court date.
- Once you are granted access to the courtroom, the court bailiff will direct you to a designated area where you will be required to stand 6 feet apart from other individuals in the courtroom.
- The Centers for Disease and Control and Prevention COVID-19 policies, as well as the COVID-19 Order from the State of Alabama, will be implemented and followed during all court sessions.
- Only a limited number of individuals will be allowed in the courtroom. Until your name is called for entry into the Department of Public Safety building, a court staff member will instruct you to a waiting area where all social distancing guidelines will be followed.
