Beginning Monday, May 18th, Northport City Hall will resume normal business hours Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. We strongly encourage our citizens and customers to continue submitting payments online, forms submitted via email, and making appointments with staff to conduct business. The Water Billing Office Lobby will be available by appointment only. The Water Office will continue to accept payments online, by mail, dropbox and drive-thru. Please call our Water Office at 205-339-7024. Our goal is the safety of our citizens and employees while still providing the services needed for this City to continue to operate.
