Per City Code, sewer laterals, including main connection, are the responsibility of the homeowner from their house to the City's sewer main.

- Can I connect to water or sanitary sewer?

- Why is my water off?

Your water may have been turned off for non-payment. If this is the case, a lock will have been placed on the curb stop in your meter box.

- Why is my water bill so high?

You may have a water leak. Quite often the culprit is a leaking toilet. One way to check for a leak is to make sure that no one in the house is using water, and go check the water meter. There is a small red triangle on the meter face. If this is turning while no one is using water, then you have a leak on your side of the meter.
